Daniel Gilyeat, the Candidate

He had a chance to speak to the crowd. He received a standing ovation. He is an underdog, and folks recognized that and seemed to be pulling for him. Now we work to support him and his candidacy. The road is long. The time is short.

Let the games begin! Over the weekend we are launching a support group to support good solid AMERICAN candidates. In the beginning we were planning to start with local elections, you know, dog catcher, school board, city council etc and get some experience and hopefully begin to have an effect.
Late last week we discovered that Daniel Gilyeat, was a declared candidate for the US Congress in the 3rd District. He is opposed by two other Republican candidates in the primary. They may be good people I don’t know. I know Danny. I support Danny.
The ultimate result of this campaign is a face off with Dennis Moore for a seat in the US Congress. Moore is a sly underhanded snake oil selling Johnson County lawyer who cloaks himself in the mask of “Blue Dog” Democrat. You know, one of those guys who pretend to be independent thinkers. His voting record clearly positions him as a Pelosi Poodle. He doesn’t go to the bathroom without Nancy’s consent.
A hot day in the park.

That’s kinda neat having someone worth voting for like that. Makes me excited to be American.

Yea it is. Believe me he has one hellova uphill fight. I plan to be there. He needs a lot of refining. Signs, brochures, public exposure etc. I sorta feel like the Republican Party is hanging him out to dry.
We are growing an organization to support him.

If it wasn’t an uphill fight he wouldn’t be worth voting for. It’s not refining he needs it’s friends. Remember pop. It’s not what you know it’s who you know. Signs, Brochures, public exposure… it all leads to friends. who do you know who can help with low cost signs and brochures? who can design it for cheap? who can he start shaking hands with and kissing babies.
it’s all about who you know pop. you know that. he knows marines… good start. tight family. he knows you… good start tight family… go from there who does he need to know to know enough of the “right” people. we are people you know in order to get to know the “right” people… ready ready break…

You are, as usual, dead on buddy. And we began that last night after I got back.
I will make sure you get copies of the newsletter and regular updates.
The newsletter is due in about 2 week. (Nick former USMC is working on that end of it)
Donna (one of the other directors of v4sa) is working on a web site for Danny as we speak.
We are, in fact, underway now.

you’re, as usual, on it. ;) glad to hear.
newsletters and updates NICE
website AWESOME
schmoozing with food and perhaps a glass of adult beverage… PRICELESS.
i just sayin from experience i’ve made many high ranking friends after hours over a glass of something when folks are relaxed and free to “open up”
don’t forget “face to face” i can drive down the road and see bulletin boards for every schmuck running they help, but if i talk to that guy… hey i “know” him. got my vote.
that’s my two cents.

Your two cents are worth a whole lot more than two cents to me.
I won’t go into detail but one of those face to face things with a local guy about an hour ago, was a Godsend.
Will email you more about it. Don’t want to expose any details here. We are guerillas at this point. Flying under the radar.

I can certainly understand that. ;)

I forwarded your info to 6 other people, and printed it off for a neighbor and client as well. I’ve asked them to pass the word as well and am working on coming up with other people who might be exicited about this too!

Thanks Ner!
Gr@ym@n, perhaps you are not handling this correctly. As a lightly armed diplomat, you need to put it in perspective. First you gotta get them Registered to vote as Democrats. ACORN can help. Everyone knows illegals and dead people can vote as long as they are Democrats. I bet Grandma and Grampa B still vote.
After you take care of that, one pallet of MRE’s and a buck six fifty would probably buy the votes of the entire country.

LOL wow… that was AWESOME!!! how do i top that? hmmm
well if it’s illegals and dead people… why don’t we just make it dead people they are easier to transport anyways… plus i can make those almost nearly anywhere lol and MRE’s? hell go bottled water and some brass… they love brass…it’s good cuz 1) i already used the bullet and 2) they can sell it. we’ll save millions… or a buck six fifty. lol
i still rate your comment as a top comment of all time lol i’m still laughing.
